We were approached by our client who was the owner of a static caravan at Mold in Flintshire. This caravan had a long history of having been used as a dwelling without permission. Our client had collected a profusion of evidence which solidified this use and therefore he intended to apply for a Lawful Use Certificate in order to continue with its use lawfully. Owen Devenport were duly instructed and prepared a report which emphasised this evidence and were asked to submit the application to the Local Planning Authority. We were finally pleased to let our client know that their submission had been approved as Lawful and they may now continue with the use undisturbed.
