Ifor Williams Ltd are a returning client of ours who once again instructed us as their Planning Agents. They wanted to continue work towards their flourishing building set at Ty’n Llidiart Industrial Estate, Corwen. This latest submission included the proposal of the installation of 3 no. internally illuminated signs on the exterior of two of their buildings. The intention of these signs would be to alert their customers and make it easier for visitors to see where the company's premises are located. Owen Devenport took on the proposal and prepared a report which supported the need for these signs. The proposal was happily received and we were glad to obtain the necessary consents.
